1 What are the basic differences between Batch lists and Project Manager-trimmed projects?
-After you choose the Batch list from the project menu the batch list only stores the audio and video filenames and it can links the audio to the video files only.
While the Project Manger-trimmed



2 Explain the two principal uses of the Project Manager.
-It allows you to create separate folders that contains the sequences assets. It also has two options to let you save the project by creating new trimmed project and collect files and copy to new location.



3 Why does selecting Make Offline in the Project Manager have no effect on clips with no source tape name associated with them?
It’s because the project manager checks all the video files to see if they have names and if they don’t have names then they can’t be recaptured and project manager will automatically copy the clips into a new project.



4 When you import a project into a project, must you import the entire project?
No, you don’t have to import the entire project since there are two project import types; import entire project and import selected sequences
